Where is my order?

Orders are prepared by our partner studios in Asia within 3–5 business days, then shipped via tracked international courier. Total time from order to delivery is typically 10–21 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

I want to return something.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Full instructions in our Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged.

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item, its packaging and the shipping label. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you offer trade / interior designer pricing?

We are a small studio and currently do not offer trade accounts, but we're happy to discuss larger orders. Email us with your project details.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is on our roadmap.
